Has been back for repair twice and still not fixed it. Having to send back for a 3rd time. Absolute joke of a company and product as they are refusing to replace for a new one or refund me. Stay clear

United Kingdom | 20 December 2024It was unclear how poor this machine is in terms of lifting dirt. What it does is simply scrub slowly around the floor. With a farmhouse floor to deal with all that happens is that you end up with a mop and bucket to rinse the floor..... Machine itself is fine, but it does nt do much tbh...cheaper to stick to a mop and bucket as you ll end up using it anyway !
