Schade dass der Akku nur ca. eine halbe Stunde hält und nicht länger. Die kleinsten Ecken/Kanten werden nicht erreicht und auch Stufen müssen noch von Hand gewischt werden.

The delivery driver advised me I could decline delivery and he took a photograph of the damage. He also advised me to contact Bissell myself. I received an immediate apology and the bundle was reordered as the advisor was able to see the photograph of the damage. I received the replacement bundle within 2 days. Excellent customer service from both Bissell and the courier service.
