Wir haben 3 Berner Sennenhunde und 1 Bengal Katze , da kann man sich ja vorstellen wie es bei uns manchmal aussieht. Der Bissel saugt die Haare perfekt weg und dann gleichzeitig das wischen, einfach nur perfekt. Im Flur haben wir Hochglanz Fliesen, die sehen aus wie neu. Der Reiniger hat ein tollen angenehmen Geruch. Das mit dem trocknen ist nicht ganz so perfekt, aber ok. Der Bissel erleichtert mir die Arbeit im Haushalt sehr und ich hab mehr Zeit für meine Familie und Hunde.

Carpet pile came up very well and dirty water revealed the amount of dirt still in the carpet despite washing with a competitor product just a week before. Recommended all round.

I placed an order and it never came and I wasn’t informed about it. I called customer service first time - they told it’s coming. After waiting ANOTHER week - called again and got a reply that refund is in process. No information that my purchase is not coming, nothing. Just an email with invoice that amount is returned. I need to place an order again and eventually I am happy with the spot cleaner pet plus but customer service could be better.
