Well, that was a waste of £400.00. It works as a vacuum cleaner, however its very poor on cleaning a tiled floor. I purposely left floor for one week before use, so I could see full effect. There was none. I could drink the water in the waste collector. I had to go back and use old cleaner afterward to clean.

Ordered the bissell crossover hoover floor cleaner one day was delivered the next day quick service very happy with it so far 👍

It's ok but just ok. I don't find that dried in stains come out but it gives a wash to car interiors

Not sure about the machine yet but Simon of customer service is a credit to the company for the way he dealt with a broken part on receipt of delivery.

I bought natural pet shampoo with citrus smell washed my carpets and it left a terrible smell on my carpets It also frothed too much. Wouldn't recommend it. Have now washed carpets with normal pet bissell and no smell and clean.

I like the machine size as it's perfect for spills etc. it's effective at getting out stains. I would have liked it to have wheels so I didn't have to move it. It does get hot as there is no air gap and it sits on the floor. I was amazed at the generous amount of free bottles of cleaning liquid that came with it. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I may purchase a full size model in the future and a coupon for some discount off a big cleaner would be great if it was in the bundle of papers sent with my present machine as an incentive. The different scents in the cleaning liquids are all very pleasant. I think the two different sizes for the cleaning nozzle is a very good idea too. Many thanks. M Mensah

Delivery really arrived quick and easy to assemble

I had a Vac with rusty screws and took me 2 hours to clean after use. the Bissell only took me 20mins to clean after use. used on my stair carpet and the bedroom carpets so far i am pleased with the machine. only 4 star rating because it will take time to give it a true value
