We are over the moon Ordered on the 25th June, arrived 26th June. The instructions for assembly were so easy to follow it seemed like minutes to put together. We used it on kitchen carpet runner and dinning room carpet and both look brand new. Looking forward to doing the rest of the house. Would recommend Proheat 2x Revolution Pet

Very disappointed with delivery service that you use. I really wanted next day delivery which you advertise. But Dpd came to the house, put a card thro the door but didnt follow their own guidelines to leave in safe place or with neighbour, or to take to local pick up point. Instead driver chose to take parcel back to main delivery hub. The card he had left gave a qr code for tracking which didn't work. Had trouble following up with Dpd and then had to wait til next day. Tracking info very unreliable. Dpd said I should take it up with you. Sorry . Product received eventually is fine.

your website was not working. I completed an order3 times and received the same no deal message. Eventually got through to your C.S. who said the website was down. I later played the order, received notification DPD would deliver on Saturday, provided instructions on a safe place if I was not in. The package was not delivered. DPD site said name on parcel did not match house owner. Since I was in all day, it is quite clear either they never called or they attempted delivery to the wrong house. I reported this by email (as your phone lines did not allow me to make contact) to your C.S. I received an acknowledgement and an apology for poor service and was told a replacement package would be sent. That arrived today (Wednesday 4 days late). Whilst your C.S. performed acceptably once I had made contact, I had to wait 4 days which is poor and in my view warrants compensation

My order was cancelled and refunded as they made an error with the price. I then get an email asking me to re-order at full price with 'free' products upto the value in the difference between the wrong price and correct price! When I asked could they not just honour the price it was NO!

Great value for money. I expected an electric carpet sweeper for such a low cost but was surprised to find the suction is very powerful and it really is a mini vaccum cleaner. Not quite perfect though, and like other reviewers I feel the cord is too short. It states on the promo video that it works well on carpets and hard floors but the floor head attachment is not good on wool carpets it drags along and ruffles the pile. A proper brushroll head would be 100% improvement and not beyond possibility as most cordless battery operated vaccums have one which operates free and easy on carpet and hard floor surfaces. SO COME ON BISSELL IT WILL TAKE ONLY A COUPLE OF MINOR TWEAKS TO TURN YOUR PRODUCT INTO THE PERFECT PRODUCT!!!!

Do not purchase any product from this company, we have had 4 x cordless floor cleaners now, all fail nder 12 months with the same issue which customer services will not honour the warranty on, we have switched to Tineco units which are reliable and better that last. Custoimer services is a joke and look for any way to void your warranty. There products clearly have design faults that are not admitted so save yourself money and go elsewhere.

This is a excellent product it as made my carpet look like new, I have a cat and thought I had got up all the cat hair , couldn't believe how clean it got my carpet and rug. Have now done all though my flat excellent can't think of anything else to say it's excellent looked at quite a few and don't think I could have bought better. Nearly forgot it's dead easy to clean marvelous.
