Difficult to use website. Not easy to find the full size products for which samples provided along with the appliance.

Went online to the bissell site, saw the carpet washer at a great price paid for it, i got an e-mail confirmation order and also it also stated my order would arrrive between 19.28 & 20.48 it arrived at 20,00 - superb !
