Very quick delivery and it seems to be well made

Just bought a BISSELL spot carpet cleaner. It’s great and seems to work well. The carpet cleaning liquid supplied is a very mean amount. I went to the website to buy some more, enticed by a 20% off offer. Irritatingly the checkout page just would not accept the offer code. A wasted too much time on this. The 10% offer was nice but turned into a major negative when it wouldn’t work.

I bought the spot cleaner which was on offer for £129.99. It honestly does not work on tought stains I've tried it on a few things in my house and it's not getting any stains out. Really disappointed! I want a to return the item and want full refund.

No wait time for customer service, which was friendly, helpful, and well informed. In fact, this was what clinched the deal and I purchased straight away. Product was delivered within 24 hours with a one hour time slot (Bissell use a reliable delivery company, which is to their credit). Product is as expected and works exceptionally well. Ace all round.

The web site was well-presented and easy to use, and I had no issues finding what I was looking for and placing an order. However, when I first started browsing the site, I was promised 10% off if I gave my details and signed up for some Bissell spam. As I was spending over £400, I signed up, knowing that I would be able to unsubscribe later. I picked a package that included a cleaner and some solutions, only to be told at checkout that my discount code was invalid. To cut a long story short, the discount code could only be used for a cleaner on its own. This was stated in the "Welcome" email but not (or not obviously) when I was tricked into signing up. I had to cancel my original order and place one order for the cleaner (10% off) and another for the solutions. Nonsense. Everything else was 4 or 5 stars.

The product was fine but delivery was not. The time given for delivery was not adhered to and delivered long before it was due and we could not get to the door in time. The item therefore had to be collected from the post office which was inconvenient given it was such a bulky item and all avoidable if the item had arrived between the times given.

Always prefer to order directly to manufacturer. Service as expected.

Delay in receiving expected next day but received Monday not Friday. Price good
