I ordered from them on Sunday evening a pair of red Converse for my 3 year old boy. The website is lovely (I love the name too!) and easy to use, they have a brilliant 5% off a first order which is nice. I was recently stung after ordering something on the internet and becoming involved in a lengthy dispute so when I didn't receive order confirmation straight away (!) I emailed them, to which they were apologetic and offered to look into it. During this exchange, I received the confirmation and all was fine. Despatched on the Monday, said order would be 3-5 WD and they arrived on Wednesday lunchtime. Well packaged, item is perfect, fast delivery, my little boy loves them. Will be ordering from Poppy & Zach again, I currently have my eye on a lovely Hatley coat...

The stock represented on the website doesnt match their actual stock. Bought an item which wasnt available. A little bit annoying when needed the item and could have gone else where. Customer service was poor on the phone, and via email very slow to get back in touch with me. I understand refunds take awhile but a confirmation to let us know that you are processing that refund would be very helpful and reassuring. Your customer shouldnt have to inform you and ask this from you.

I found Poppy and Zach site by chance when looking for some converse for my daughter. They had the perfect ones, an unusual colour and the price was cheaper than any others I'd seen in store or online. Even with P&P they were still cheaper, and the delivery was super speedy.
