Ordered a Angel Face Fufu dress for my niece online, it said out of stock delivery in one week, so purchased and three days later it was delivered. Very impressed!!

I ordered a gold up house for my niece but wanted to deliver to another address. Only after I put the order on did I realise I put my postcode instead of the correct postcode. I sent an email (at 11pm) to confirm this. I called the next day just incase. The lady who answered knew exactly what as I was talking about and had already posted out to correct address. Love love love the service and product!

This shop is amazing, I actually love everything in their, I now have no money since I discovered it but my children look so lovely in there clothes and hope they enjoy the toys for Xmas from there too.

The doll's house order arrived before anticipated. My 4 yr old grand daughter is delighted and has been carrying it round with her from room to room. That it is both a portable container and a house is a double win situation, girls do like another bag even if it is wooden. Perhaps we will see one on the catwalk next year!

I had spent hours searching the internet for digger related toys for my two year old's birthday and then came across and simply beautiful looking wooden digger on the back of a lorry set. What a relief! Finally a toy that suited us - robust, functional and not plastic! I ran searches through Poppy and Zach's site and proceeded to find a number of digger toys/jigsaws that I loved and then to offset the construction theme, I also ordered a fabric tea set and a set of wooden pans for Fergus to use with his Honeybake kitchen. All the toys are superb and well used already! The mini digger with the lorry set goes everywhere, including to bed! I was thrilled to discover that Poppy and Zach are a local business. I always prefer to shop locally having an independent cook shop myself. The service I received was marvellous and I will definitely be visiting the shop in Leighton Buzzard very soon. Really impressed with the service. Unfortunately the white converse I ordered were out of stock, within an hour of placing my order I received an email to say I could choose another item free of charge. I explained that I needed the item for a wedding that we were attending so a very helpful member of staff took full responsibility and explained that they could wait for the delivery to come or they could send me some high tops. It's nice to see a company take responsibility and to put a customer first! Will be recommending to friends and family.
