After sending my first email, I was told it could be up to 35 days for delivery, I have no problem with that. I have checked the website and my tracking information has now expired. At the beginning it was pending for 35 days. After sending my second email I have had no reply. Unfortunately it appears that this is a scam

New Zealand | 04 February 2021I booked and paid with this company and then I was not able to travel, I requested a cancelation and refund within the cancelation time but could never get hold of anyone, they did not respond to my emails or phone messages left on their phone number, they have ripped me off and are very dishonest, do not deal with them under any circumstances

New Zealand | 17 February 2020I've had no response to emails asking for a booking to be changed - sent two and hotel sent one over a period of 2-3 months . unable to reach on an Australian listed phone number AND then you send me a request to rate your service. This has literally cost me $100s of dollars in having to re-book, and I cant understand how you can get it so wrong.
