I've ordered medicines in Distacart. They had emailed and messaged me that the product is delivered. But I couldn't find the product in front of my door. Customer care is just trying to convince me that it is delivered, like sending me a blur picture of a product and asking me to confirm that it is my door step!! How funny?? If anyone knows any way to raise complaint regarding this, please let me know. So far a very frustrating experience.

Great experience! I had a great experience with this shop. All goods arrived on time and were packed safely!

It was an awesome experience, with prompt delivery, and efficient communication. The store has everything that you need and they always keep in contact with you by tracking the order with you. Also, the import customs fees are covered by them.

Product arrived quickly ( Papaya leaf extract). Customer service was very good and paid the import tax when it arrived in the UK. Too early to discuss the product until my bloods are drawn in March. I suffer with low platelets. I will order some more in the mean time .
