Ik heb 2,5 week gekeden een product Ghee besteld en 60.80 euro betaald. Tot op heden niks ontvangen. Vandaag DHL gebeld en die lieten weren dat zij het vereiste bijbehirende formulier niet hebben geleverd en dat zonder sat geen ega en of dierlijke producten mogen verzenden. Dit product is in beslag genomen in Duitsland en heeft verzender email beri ht verkregen hierover. Alleen reageert nu Distacart opeens niet meer op mijn whatsapp berichten. Helemaal niet. Een verzoek van terug betaling wordt niet op gereageerd. Wat is dit voor een online winkel of Boef???? Wat is dit?

Honestly it was my first time using this app to order something,I must confess I am so so impressed it surpassed my expectations and the communication is amazing I would rec again and again .

Delivery on time

I once bought something based on the 5-star rating it had. It was awful! Later, I found out that people were rewarded a "nice amount" for giving it 5 stars. Just because of people's greed and dishonesty, I was "tricked" into buying a piece of junk! THIS company, however, need not worry about that. People WILL so willingly write good things and no reward is necessary. As a person who simply and honestly wants to share "a good thing," I rank this one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with online. I highly recommend them AND their excellent products!

My Experience with DistaCart was really good and the order was dilvered in time and quality products, and customer service was very good in handling my fedex charges for custom tax, very trustworthy site.

Distacart is charging hidden amount by converting currency at other than prevailing market rate. This is hidden money taken from customers without their consent hence falls in the category of deceiving. Distacart reply to my unveiled facts is RUBBISH and LAME EXCUSE. NOTHING IN THEIR REPLY CAN JUSTIFY BEHIND THE CURTAIN CHARGING CUSTOMER WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE.
