Bad communication unprofessional my parcel never arrived.

On 29.12.2023 I wrote a review stating I did not receive my item and advised I would write another review if it ever arrived. I am pleased to confirm, after numerous follows up, it has now been received.

"Everything as promised! I was sceptical, but they delivered all their promises. Also the customs duty tax EU- Netherlands, after receiving an email for first paying customs and forwarding that email to Distacart, they handled it within one day, Bravo! The products are also very good. I will order again, because the products are very good, with confidence and pleasure!"

Although the shipment reached on time. There was a scare that it would be delayed and when I asked about the delay they mentioned that it would take 3 days to procured the product and 3-5 days for priority shipment. So to get the actual delivery time I suggest you add 3 to 4 days.

I ordered Sansu carrot murabba, Roopak Punjabi mango pickle and Evergreen Sweets Panjiri Ladoo. All items were of very good quality and delivered promptly

An international order was placed for some Ayurvedic products that I wouldn’t have been able to get otherwise. The little package travelled a long way and it arrived perfectly and fast. I was assisted kindly and patiently throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Received the wrong product and emailed immediately with photos. They replied… asking for photos! I replied again and will let you know the result of their communications with me. If they resolve quickly and easily, sending me the correct product immediately at no cost to me, I will give 5stars and remove this review… I will wait to hear from them….

I bought Radico organic hair colour from Distacart - love this hair colour brand, it’s not like other brands that say organic but smell like chemicals. Radico is also safe to use during pregnancy which is great! My order arrived on time, happy with the customer service :)

Highly recommend it!

Took over 2 months to get meds. Now after another month FedEx sent me notification to pay them additional $16 for handling or whatever. Absolutely disappointed. Could have gone stuff faster on ebay or ordering straight from supplier. Will not use this company anymore Unreliable

I had a problem with the delivery and throughout this time they were in touch with me and supported me. In the end, I even had the parcel shipped by another delivery service, as I requested. I'll definitely recommend this store to my friends!
