United Kingdom | 07 April 2025I am happy because my 11yr old washing machine has been fixed using fairly simple measures and a part replacement.Andrew came and diagnosed the problem with my Bosch washing machine which was as I thought. Unfortunately the depot hadn't put the appropriate part on the van. His colleague came back in a couple of days and fitted the part but couldn't reset the electronics. A new electronic part was ordered. Once that came Andrew returned but the part wasn't needed as Andrew was able to reset the machine having researched the correct sequence to do it. Everything was then good. Both repairmen were polite, friendly and did the best job they could. Thanks.

United Kingdom | 06 April 2025I feel like I've put £100 down the drain. I called initially regarding a problem with my washing machine as the lock wasn't working. I explained on the phone before booking and also on the booking form that it was making a clicking noise (likely an electrical fault). Despite booking the engineer specifically for the morning, he arrived at 4pm (I was told it would be 1pm latest). I asked him to remove his shoes when he got here as I have cream carpet. He said he couldn't as they were safety shoes which is fair enough. So I then asked if he had covers he could put over his shoes. He said he didn't have any so I had to lay towels down on the floor for him to tread on. He then looked at the washing machine for two minutes and told me it was an electrical problem (which I already knew). He said that the model of the machine was too old and it would be impossible to replace the faulty mother board because they don't make the parts anymore. I don't understand why this couldn't have been told to me without an engineer coming. You should change your processes so you have to put the make and model of the washing machine in prior to booking, and then if it's too old to replace the parts, then let the customer know that before charging them £100 to come and do nothing for 5 minutes. He also told me that 9 out of 10 times he is called out he cannot repair it, so it just feels like a bit of a scam overall. I don't recommend this company.
