He used what3words to locate me so I didn’t have to give any more directions, often a problem in a rural setting. Overall excellent service, would definitely use Glotech again.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Replaced the drum in our washing machine in December 2024. By mid January 2025 it had failed. Engineer confirmed it needed replacing again. But somehow the 6 month total peace-of-mind warranty does not apply in our case. Instead they just issued a new quote for over £350 pounds, again. No rationale for this. No longer responding to emails or calls. We will see if the formal letter of complaint and reporting to Trading Standards has any effect.

The guy was friendly but he touched the washing machine and said, no that's f****d, and will cost 3-400 to fix. The machine was 300 so obviously I bought a new one. Hope he was right . That's all I can say For all I know maybe he couldn't be bothered as he gets paid anyway

I called Glotech because they had helped me in the past and they responded promptly and effectively. I am delighted that my hob has been rejuvenated and restored to full operation in the space of a few days.

Charged £125 to fix an issue with my washing machine, it wasn’t fixed and now they want to charge £135 as it’s apparently a new issue. Really rude on the phone and an overall frustrating experience. Absolutely terrible unable to reply to the response but as I’ve rang twice now with the first time having a handler hang up on me I have provided my email to contact on.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025Incompetent just a scam to get a call out charge for nothing did not read the correct model number spent 30 mins on his phone looking for the wrong cooker and when I told him the correct number he didn't even fully inspect the cooker, told me a number of issues it may be same information i got off the Internet myself and said the office would call with a quote they called and said as it would be many different things they couldn't quote. Completely unacceptable and would not even partially refund the call out as he said it was one of there more senior engineers
