Broke my Samsung freezer, refused to take any responsibility. Samsung now conducting an independent investigation. It appears they have punctured the refrigerant. They also failed to fix the ice maker, which was the initial problem. I have been unable to have a conversation with anybody senior within the company, despite several attempts, and a promise of a report. They were made aware of the issue, and sent someone to look at problem, but no action was taken
