Jerry came in and said he’d look at the fridge seal - it took him 10 mins to fix it … hummm I paid the full price for Jerrys years of experience! But my fridge is working and cheaper than a new integral fridge ! I’m slightly hard of hearing so emails and texts - worked better for me - lesson - do not let house sitters let orange juice explode in your fridge - use washing up liquid to clean behind the seal!!

The gentleman who carried out our repair was efficient,polite and very cheerful ,although he had problems to cope with. I would recommend him to anyone. I think his name was Wayne but my old memory is not too good.

terrible service. engineer barely looked at the machine. charged me £95 for 15mins "work" told me that covered me for next 6months only to find machine this morning still not working! he told me to book as another job as he doesn't know anything about Bosch+im not covered for 6months. appalling!

Really poor service. Came unprepared with materials? Assessed the repairs needed and requested payment upfront. When returning the next day, they refused to fix the dishwasher because it was built in and we needed a joiner first—complete scam. After a conversation and reading the response, I would like to warn anyone about the ambiguity of their terms and conditions. The engineer barely looked at the joinery. To remove any panels, the dishwasher needs to come out first. Again, a scam.

The engineer, he was polite & efficient.The most important thing was he kept us up to date as to his time of arrival which was around 8.30 pm. When could easily have gone home & left us without our dishwasher for a day or more. His dedication was much appreciated.

A totally reliable company and dealing with them was a pleasure. The technician arrived on time and made an honest assessment of the problem and recommended not incurring any unnecessary costs. I would definitely use them again.

Engineer phoned in advance to notify time of arrival. When he arrived very friendly happy guy who knew what he was talking about and explained what he was doing. Real nice guy Mike (thatcham)
