They used to be good at the beginning but then they got too big and have been messing up on orders. I have major issue like fibromyalgia and dizziness and insomnia and can’t go without my medication. Talked with two seperate people today both saying they would have it delivered today and didn’t.

When we originally went with the PP they were wonderful, some hiccups but was prompt delivery and replies. The longer we stayed with them, the slower service became, even for meds that one needs to live. Ended up switching. Updated as PP reached out after their reply and it makes me believe their services will improve.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. Here’s the story: My healthcare provider submitted my prescription to PocketPills on Sept 30. It was on a rush as I had no more meds left. I had a back and forth with them where sometimes they answered, sometimes they didn’t. They overcharged. They gave me bad info. They said my prescription would arrive this Friday (that would be five days without my meds); then it was changed to Tuesday (8 days without meds!!); Then I called and no one answered (on hold forever); Then I sent a text saying this was a medical emergency- I need my meds!! They got back to me and said it’d be delivered today. Great!! But then I got a tracking message saying it won’t arrive til Tuesday!!! I text again, and they say they corrected everything, it’ll be delivered by today. I wait around all day, and then I got an update: my meds won’t arrive now til Monday!!!!!! (That’s 7 days with no meds) I call and wait another 30 minutes on hold. This has been a colossal you-know-what show. STAY AWAY from PocketPills!!! Use a real pharmacy!!!! Absolutely horrendous; this is your health and they’re screwing with it. Amateur-hour.

They've been a non-stop hassle from the time I started having to use them due to my coverage (beginning of 2023). They take minimum 5 business days to fill any prescription, often longer. Their responses to any inquiry or request are sporadic and never when they say they'll call, adding to the delays in shipment of necessary meds. I've regularly run out of crucial meds due to their lack of organization and they often only call right before they close, unfortunately when I'm working and unable to take calls. And talking to them on the phone is like talking thru a tin can with no more info given that what can be quickly google-searched. I start to wonder if I'm even talking to a real pharmacist at times. My doctor has had every prescription bounce because there's some little thing extra they need that no other pharmacy does which has led to month-long delays...because doctors are in short supply and don't have extra time to fight with a pharmacy over everything. I would not recommend this pharmacy!

A great idea, horribly executed. Customer service is non functional, deliveries are not prompt, medications are incorrectly timed /dispensed. The chat and phone support could not be any more frustrating. Slow response times, if you get a reply at all, and the replies are nonsensical. If this was a fast food restaurant, I'd understand the issues, but this purports to be a pharmacy. They do not prioritize the health of their customers, and they play games with the refills. AVOID - MANY PHARMACIES OFFER BLISTER PACKS AND DELIVERY, POCKET PILLS ISN'T AS UNIQUE AS YOU THINK. Update: I decided to try them for another year, their service didn't improve. I'm cutting and running now.

Great concept but not friendly if you're disabled and can't call them. I'm waiting three days for an answer to my email about insulin. I'd like to use them but it wouldn't work for me.

Love the service Pocket pills provide from start to end and also appreciate on educating me on specific medications.

So I gave PocketPills another chance. I needed my medication by July 7th at the latest. They told me it would be delivered the 6th, and then the 7th. Then they said July 10th (3 days beyond the day I needed it). On July 10th it arrived, in a package marked "keep refrigerated". The package was room temperature; the medication inside was also room temperature, surrounded by three bags of room temperature water. Due to the company seemingly having no dependability, competence, or integrity of any visible kind (in this experience) I moved all of my medications out of PocketPills today (July 11th). Highly NOT recommended. Stick with a real pharmacy.
