This is the second time we have used SWISS VANS to find a vehicle. Jimmy was really helpful, guiding me through the process step by step, but most importantly finding a great VW transporter that met all my requirements, and getting a good price for the previous one. There was a bit of the delay in the inspection visit and subsequent report from the third party vehicle inspection company but Jimmy was on the case, chasing them up so that the purchase could be completed by the end of the month. Was looking to buy my first Kombi van for me and the dog, just knew I needed a van whilst not having any knowledge about them. Was lucky enough my specialist salesman Dean Mahoney had enough to put me on the right path. From start to finish never had any issues with Swiss Vans, had trouble my end just getting relevant paperwork and waiting on funds being released, but Dean was so understanding it helped keep me calm. I had quotes from several companies to lease a van from all the highly publicised firms that are dominating google and tv. Rhys at Swiss Vans was the only contact that wanted to help me get the best deal that suited me. Other companies came in with slightly lower monthly payments but the were very dismissive about the large balloon payment at the end. I had the T5 to T5.1 front end conversion with wing mirrors plus a Pendle remap stage 3 and I must say the van has been transformed. The Swiss team did awesome job and delivered a great service. Don't waste time looking else where these guys are the best!
