I like to surprise my girlfriend every Tuesday with fresh flowers. That even when shes having a rough and long day at work, she sees how much she means to me. Ode a la Rose makes it extremely easy to pick flowers to send!

I ordered an arrangement and upgraded it to the max stem count. They sent a pic prior to delivery so you can see the arrangement, however it was poor quality and I couldn’t gauge the arrangement. When it was delivered, the recipient loved it but it didn’t look like the picture. It was much less full. I reached out to customer service and long story short, they count the greeneries as stems when you upgrade the arrangement. It’s not worth it and deceitful bc the arrangement that was delivered is not what was advertised on their stunning website. Buyer beware. I won’t shop here again as there are many other options that do it better.

The bouquet was exactly as pictured 😍 It was also nice that they sent a live photo of the bouquet before delivery 🥰 The peonies are beautiful (I ordered them out of season, late autumn), the packaging is excellent and the delivery was on time! Ode a la Rose, thank you very much 🫶🏼

I ordered flowers for a friend who had surgery. I ordered for same day delivery and spent over $200. Not only were they not delivered same day - they were delivered by FedEx (which was not mentioned at all in the ordering process - there was a "delivery fee" which should have been clearly stated as a SHIPPING fee). And even worse - she will have to arrange the flowers in the vase herself - not what I wanted for a post-surgical "thinking of you" gift. Now I have to call her and APOLOGIZE for causing her an inconvenience when she is not feeling well. If I could have stopped the delivery I would have.

Pic of flowers is nothing like the actual product delivered. Cheap low quality flowers arranged in basic way, nothing like website pic at all. Paid extra for white vase. Order from anywhere else.
