Easy ordering and checking out, straight forward website. Expensive but worth it

I was assured it would arrive on Saturday. Received an email saying it had been delivered on Friday - when the recipient would not have been home. The flowers arrived on the Monday

The bouquet didn't look anything like the photo. Scrawny and some unattractive

Bouquet was not as advertised. Wrong color, flowers were not fresh and dying, smaller than pictured, leafs had holes in them. Not worth the $400 spent whatsoever. Was really excited to purchase this as a gift and now I’m very disappointed. I wish I could post the pictures. Purchased at LA location

The variety and selection of flowers is amazing. It was very easy to order and I appreciated receiving an email for each stage of the process. I received a picture of the bouquet after it was hand-tied at the shop, and a photo of the box sitting on my brother's porch upon delivery. Excellent service; I will definitely use Ode a la Rose again and recommend this company to my friends.
