Our experience with American Financing for a re-fi was nothing but positive. Our Mortgage Consultant was amazing to work with. Trevor Stucky was very knowledgeable and professional. He was always available for questions and even after hours via text messaging. He was able to help us find a solution to a last minute issue with our home insurance provider that was going out of business in 30 days and was causing a delay in the re-fi process. He offered the name of an independent insurance agent to help us find coverage to keep us on-track for our scheduled closing date. Now I have a lower interest rate and better insurance coverage.

Gr8 communications. I went to their website as I live 250 miles away from their office. Excellent teamwork from start to finish. My inquiry about a Re-Fi was put through to a mortgage specialist that got back to me and listened to what I wanted to do. My specialist took the time to find out that I am a Veteran and thanked me for my service while he gave me good advice and gave me a solid sense of confidence. I was contacted by individual team members that helped me set up into their system while my mortgage specialist kept close supervision, answering questions I had, and checking for any omissions I may have overlooked. They have a seamless process that covered every detail right up to closing...in My Home. I can not be more pleased to recommend American Financing to my friends and family. They are a professional, trustworthy, and courteous company that delivers a Gr8 value with solid results.

This is my second loan with American Financing and particularly with Suzanne Dew. As before it was an extremely easy transaction. Because of the Covid the second transaction took a little longer, but well worth it, Suzanne Dew got me a better rate then when I started. It was considerably lower. I highly recommend American Financing and especially Suzanne Dew.

First let me say that I am a retired mortgage loan officer. I worked for over 30 years in mortgage lending so I understand the process. I felt that my mortgage consultant was not that experienced. I had absolutely no contact with the processor. I called her twice and left a voice message to get a status update on our loan. My loan consultant told me that once it left his desk I would need to talk to her. Neither call was returned. I totally understand closing loans based on when the rate lock expires. My simple IRRL was in the pipeline for 60 days before you were able to get it closed. (I understood how many loans you must have in process because of the low rates) Funny thing though was my son-in-law whom I had referred to American Financial got his loan closed a couple of weeks before I did. He had a cash out conventional loan with an appraisal and he started his application a couple of weeks after I had. It wasnt until I sent an email to my loan consultant voicing my displeasure that I finally got an email stating we would be closing our loan.

I am very impressed by American Financing! I worked with Michelle Chapman and Maura Manning and they were wonderful!! I applied with a loan broker (Fairway Mortgage) in early April. I spent 12 weeks working with the agent, only To find they needed $9600 to refinance my FHA loan and take out $10,000 of my equity. Unacceptable! I then called the local bank holding my mortgage and they offered to close for $7500 to cash out $10,000. Minimum time to close-90 days! Then a friend told me about American Financing. I called, spoke with Michelle and she suggested restructuring. Wow! I said yes and your girls went into action! In only 5 weeks they were able to restructure my loan! My rate dropped from 4.125% to 2.75%! That put an additional $230 per month back in my hands. When they requested a document that I couldn’t find, they walked me through the search, or went to the agency and got the information for me. They were warm and friendly and very patient! They both checked in with me often to update me on the status of my application. I have already recommended AF to several friends, most of whom are stuck in a higher rate FHA loan. I want you to know that talk radio is your greatest marketing strategy. i know if Levin and Hannity put there reputations out there, that the product is most likely a reliable one. the process was a bit laborious, but i understand. if my wife was not checking often, i would have definitely missed the deadlines.
