Due to having so many re-financing cases in the queue, the processing time can be little unknown comparing to pre-COVID time, but they did an awesome job at setting clear expectations with me throughout the entire process. I shopped around for a loan for several months. So much that my credit score dropped from all the inquiry's. and luckily the rates dropped too.
