Kelly Mennenoh my loan processor was especially patient with handling all of the requested documentation and dealing with my previous mortgage company. We refinanced during this Covid pandemic. Naturally, it took a little longer than normal, but everything went very smooth and in the end we were delivered everything promised. I had a couple of complaints. It took a very long time to complete my refi, and I had to write in a number of times to get a response and/or keep the ball moving. Also, I was assured I would be able to have an 8 year loan term, only to find out later it had to be 10 years. That was annoying. Otherwise it was fine and the people were very nice.

This is the second time American Financing has assisted us, and like the first, all was GREAT! Enjoyed the efficiency and professionalism of all who were involved.

Giving 4 stars due to the lack of communication with our mortgage consultant. We were not having questions answered via email or phone (no calls back as well). I am however extremely impressed with out processor Jennifer! She stepped in and saved this loan process for us! Answering every question we had not only by email but would also pick up the phone and make sure we understood every step and what was next. We would go through American Finance again specifically because of Jennifer!

Suzanne Drew is awesome...I was a bit nervous doing this remotely and all by email, texting, etc but it went without a hitch and in the middle of the Covid lockdown...Thanks for a job well done!

Everyone was very helpful and timely. I worked with Suzanne Dew primarily for my refinance, and she was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped me through the entire process. She made the refinance a much easier process then I have ever had before.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation of the ease, transparency, and guidance provided by Sami Kahale of American Financing with our mortgage refinance this year. Sami took the time at the beginning to walk us through what to look for as to whether refinancing was the appropriate decision, break-even calculations with closing costs, and other key decision points. When we decided to move forward Sami was clear on documentation needed, the process to submit was very easy, and the communication was clear and constant through closing. The Processor and Closing Notary were all easy to work with as well. This was definitely a positive experience I can recommend.

In the midst of a pandemic, one team kept on going. A few deadlines changed and there were minor glitches but they were handled quickly and professionally by Colleen Hall and Naaman Birkedahl.
