American finance did an incredible job for me. Dave went above and beyond to help me get my loan. My first appraisal came back very low. I thought it was pretty much over and I have resided that the refinance wasn't going to happen. He got with his his team and they decided to pay for a second appraisal for me and it came in $180,000 more. They didn't have to do that but I'm sure glad that they did. They are fast and fair and care about their customers I'm glad I went with American finance

Rate good. The process took a long time. Loan officer promised certain things and did not follow through. We threatened to not take the loan. He “asked his manager” and low and behold promise materialized. With this sort of experience we have a loss of trust with your company. The only reason we wrote with you is it was ready to close.

Rachel was a great help and really got our loan application out and processed Not a lot of hassle with the documentation. It was not as painful as others in my past. The overwriter was awesome and funny, making it very easy and painless. The notary came to the house and sped through our paperwork in less than 30 minutes. Great team! Good processes in place. From the start to the closing American Financing offered excellent customer service. Tyler Robertson provided excellent communication - very little wait time to hear from him regarding questions and concerns. He was very patient answering all of my questions and extremely courteous and professional. This made the process of gathering all the necessary documents and getting them to American Financing an easy task. We were also very impressed with the notary who came to our house for signing of the documents - what a courteous and professional man. We are also very pleased with how quickly we were able to complete the refinancing and we are especially pleased with the awesome interest rate.

Vince is an excellent employee. From day one, he answered all emails and phone calls. When there was a delay in the processing department, he assisted us by sending emails to the loan processor and her supervisor, which aided in our application being processed after the delay.
