In order for the UAS industry to succeed DB should pay more on some of the P4 work , just because your not flying 30k worth of UAS n sensor you only get $10-20 per hr c’mon ..... McDonald’s pays $14-16 and u don’t have to have a part 107, insurance or a $2000 dollar UAS.

Missions are clear with concise and we'll structured parameters. Always pay on time. Just need more of them weather permitting.

Overall a very good company to work with. But decreasing pay with increased shots has myself and several other pilots tending to shy away from their jobs.

The job was completed quickly and very well done. I will definitely use DroneBase again for future projects.

I have received 0 flight missions from this app since signing up for it. Not one. It’s been months. What’s up with that?

Setting up the time to shoot was the most difficult part if the process, as the pilot didn't show up for the shoot as planned. But the 2nd shoot went as planned and the end product exceeded my expectations.

The scheduling process was far too difficult. I experienced several problems while creating account and the system told me several times that "this email already has an account" when that was not the case. I tried to touch base with the customer service team several times only to find you can not talk to them on the phone. I emailed the team to notify them I was having trouble creating an account and they were very slow to respond. Once I scheduled my flight I received an email telling me that my mission could not be completed because my mission was too detailed. I reached out and pointed out that was not the case and the team finally realized it. On the day my flight was scheduled the pilot canceled and I did not get my pictures on time. I had to reschedule for the next day and my client was not happy because we did not have the pictures on time.

Always, value your customer concerns or questions as high priorities. This pass mission I was flying high for a Dronebase mission at 350 AGL. when the region manager for this particular job was curious about drones. And he was desiring to become a drone pilot. It would have been inconsiderate of me if I didn’t take time to share with him. So, I told him I would be glad to share with him, but first let me land the drone to make it safe for us to continue our conversation. Pilots who Fly High are those who put other clients interest before their own. This is what Dronebase offer to clients a highly regarded deliverable when it come to the clients assets.

Jobs have been very slim and prices cut in half from when the created this platform. Pay is also slow. Finished jobs 2 weeks ago and have not been paid.
