Seems to be a great organization to work with as far as drone jobs go. I am new to DroneBase, but have worked for other groups, so I am learning their (DroneBase) “ways”, therefore it’s a little too early for me to have a thorough review. So far, so good.

This job was a good experience. Communication with staff was fast and payment was very fast. I look forward to receiving more work in the future. Thanks again.

Your service is a hood one that connects pilots to end-users of the data. I like to use it as a "filler" to my normal workflow when I have time.

The experience that I've had with drone base has been 95% positive The only negative thing I could say about it is the popcorn style mission selection where you have a few milliseconds to decide whether or not you can fly the mission or somebody else will get it is somewhat annoying.

Your customer service lacks knowledge of your services. After days of going back and forth via email/web (even being advised that at the pro level telephone support is not available) my email was passed from once I was referred to Austen Hallett who was most helpful. However drone base does not offer the level of service required.

I enjoy flying mission. Great passive income. There is time it does keep you busy. Training is getting better but still needs help. Should be a phone number you could talk to someone when needed. With this being said I will still do missions. Thanks

I would not use dronebase again or recommend to other professionals. There were several glitches in my final product that still are not resolved. Panorama would not display with link on an iPad or iPhone. Also mission pilot only did an average job capturing aerial. It’s only a 180 of the actual property from the front and does not show 360 so wasn’t what I expected. Also landing page for panorama had issues with edit feature and would send unfinished page with generic text characters to my clients. Customer support did not have great solutions or turnaround time with emailed issues either. Overall this DroneBase was not a smooth process and a waste of money

Everything was very straight forward. The shots, the location in maps, the expectation. Until I got to the location, and the given address didn't exist. I also expected someone might meet me there (the client) and no one did. When I submitted my photos, I was able to comment on issues found during the flight, so I could explain why I didn't have certain materials. The money came fast into Qwil, though it took several days to get into my bank account. Overall, the app is fleshed out, it was nice to be given a mission with clear instructions, and the payment was prompt. I just wish some of the things were a little more verified.

Great Experience opportunities with Drone Base Excellent way to learn about the industry and log commercial hours. Also not a bad way to make a lil extra cash!! I would recommend Drone Base to all pilots.

Good company to work with.

Job quantity is not "overwhelming" but when you do get them they are definitely worth it. Generally speaking, you can easily end up making $125 per hr. (needless to say, results will vary, but that has been my experience) Also, payment is Consistently Prompt!

I was quite impressed with the professionalism, and the over-all, well thought out processes. When I had problems understanding the upload process a very nice woman named Victoria walked through the process. A gentleman named Jack, the image coordinator welcomed me to the company and made me feel comfortable. Clearly DroneBase has established a customer service environment which is essential for every business. I look forward to my next Mission as I really enjoyed my first Mission! Dave Randles

DroneBase has, so far, been easy and pleasant to work with. They always answer emails quickly if you are on one of their jobs. They have always paid within 1-2 days. Would be better if they had more jobs in my area.

Everything worked as they indicated. This was my first and haven't received my mission dollars yet. A follow-up may be necessary. So far so good. - Update, they followed through as promised and payment came quickly as I set up to receive it. Thank you guys.

Love DroneBase...but I reached out on 10/8, 10/14 and 10/21 to put a final package together and received no response from Leah Wetzel (if she left your company then someone should be monitoring and responding to her email) and customers@dronebase. Otherwise, you would have gotten 5 stars up to this point.
