A minor mistake was made when putting the words on the wooden frame, it took only 1 email to rectify and a new frame was sent to us the next day, was not asked to send the first one back either, excellent product and after sales service, highly recommend this company.

I ordered a memorial baby photo album on Friday 14th September . It was promptly delivered on Sunday 16th September. I also requested 2 dates were put on the album ,this was done with no quibble. A nice album for the money.
