Horrible customer service I bought a product from this store on the Etsy website and it came with a defect, until today I have not had a response about it. I bought the baby book and instead of saying grandfather on the family tree, it said grandmother twice.

I ordered a guestbook from this retailer on Etsy. The guestbook fell apart straight away emailed the seller to get a refund photos attached to have no response. Avoid at all cost!!! Reply from UK Gift Store Online 21 Feb 2023 Unfortunately when you use an item incorrectly and damage it, it is a bit unfair to ask for a refund due to misuse. The item was used once and it clearly shows the quality and the standard of the product that after one person writing in the book the pages should fall apart. It is very difficult to misuse a guestbook, which requires guest to sign it. As stated previously avoid at all cost!!

Photo album was lovely, I bought it for my daughter in law's 40th birthday. It was delivered in good time and I was delighted with the quality . Very nice gift.
