On one occasion they called to say that although they were able to despatch the guitar, they could not guarantee its arrival in time for Xmas. This wasn't an issue for me but it actually did arrive in time. As well as some of the best prices I have found in the UK just recently they really seem to care about the service. I ordered a digital music recorder from Manns Music via their excellent online website. Despite living locally and a free pick up option being available, I chose to pay extra for home delivery to avoid visiting the town centre at a busy Covid19 Xmas period. The item arrived very swiftly and as described. I felt the packing could have been more substantial as the box was squashed in parts but the recorder was thankfully intact. Excellent price and product and a speedy, well communicated delivery service so 5 stars from me despite the dodgy packaging!

I made an enquiry to Mann's Music about an amp I'd seen online just before Christmas, was personally contacted (email and telephone) by Tim Mann, agreed (very competitive) terms with him - and the Fender Deluxe 57 Custom I purchased arrived on Christmas Eve. This was immaculately packaged, and the amp is everything a handwired US reissue promised to be; blond tolex, and a Celestion Cream Alnico (yum yum). Tim and his crew were outstanding, and I would thoroughly recommend this shop as a dependable provider of excellent music gear.

Mann's Music was a last minute back-up plan, as our original order with another stockist was still waiting for delivery from their supplier. Ordered mid-morning on 23rd Dec and guitar arrived at 7:30AM on the 24th! Couldn't ask for anything more, phenomenal service and will be using again in the future.

This company is fantastic. I ordered a product from them a couple of days before Christmas I knew it would be a long shot that I will get it delivered by Christmas but low and behold it did arrive on time. What makes this company great and the reason I’m posting this is it they actually took the time to contact me to let me know that being so close to Christmas and demand on the Postal Service That it may not arrive on time and they didn’t want me to be disappointed. I personally think that is going above and beyond to make contact with the customers and I would fully recommend them for any purchase and I will also be go back to them myself

I was looking to buy a particular make and model of bass guitar. I did a quick search on the internet and Mann`s Music had the best price, along with free next day delivery. I am familiar with the shop as I used to go to school in Colchester. At that time they were more focussed on orchestra instruments. I ordered the bass from the website after registering thereon. They had the colour of bass that I wanted in stock. I got an email confirming the order, and later another one confirming dispatch and intended delivery. The bass did indeed arrive the next day, about lunchtime. It was very safely packed in a cardboard box. I tuned up the bass and checked that it worked. I noted that the intonation needed a bit of correction, not unsurprising as only expensive instruments tend to be set up by the manufacturer, the shop won`t make any alterations (unless tasked to do so, for suitable remuneration). Everything went very smoothly and I`m happy with the bass guitar. Pleased also to be supporting a local business. Well done Mann`s.
