My first purchase from them couldn't have been better. The prices were good, the shipping cost was cheap, the delivery was next working day. The bass guitar I ordered came set up out of the box. That never happens. The fret ends were smooth, the intonation was spot on, all I did was tune it and away we go. I'd definitely look at Mann's Music next time I need equipment!

I bought a guitar based not only on the competitive price but also how helpful the gentleman was on the phone - couldn't have done more. The guitar arrived promptly had been checked over and was ready to go (as discussed) - excellent buying experience...definitely come highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate using again.

Best price, and fast delivery. However the courier service wasn't very careful with the packaging as the box was ripped and the bass was visible. Luckily no damages on this occasion, but think Mann's need to keep an eye on the courier service.

After being let down by another online shop for this model guitar, I was in 2 minds if I should order from another guitar shop or not. Ordered the guitar on a Sunday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday morning. Very prompt, efficient service by both Mann's Music and the courier. The guitar itself was immaculate. Beautiful finish and plays well. All I need to do now is practice during this lockdown.
