First time purchase from Mann's music. I only used them because they had the best price anywhere on a yamaha amp. Transaction was easy, comms were good and the amp turned up ahead of schedule. I would be very happy to use them again.

Purchased a 'Squier Jazzmaster Mini' for my son from Mann's Music. They were one of the cheapest and they also had stock. Guitar arrived quickly and my son (and I) love it.

Bought a Fender 12 string electro acoustic, price was keen as mustard, delivery a very reasonable £4 for something the size of a guitar. Product is amazing, delivery also very quick. Looking for a dobro next, will definitely check these out first.

Unfortunately the guitar we ordered was damaged somewhere in the delivery process. I contacted Manns who responded very quickly and arranged a courier to pick up the damaged guitar and then another to deliver a replacement. The customer service was excellent - polite and efficient.

I bought a ukulele with Mann’s Music and the service I received for this instrument was great. It was sent within a few days and it was well protected when I received it. Would highly recommend to anyone buying musical instruments, especially during this time where you can only shop online.

Very fast delivery and comparably reasonable price - I ordered a ukulele to London, it took about 3 working days to arrive. The only thing that I am not very happy with is the instrument has some dust - not sure if it was on display or stored for too long. This could be easily checked and cleaned before dispatch. Overall a nice shop I will come back for my next instrument.
