We wanted to buy a Kawai CA79 piano, previously looked at local stores, due to Covid-19 no shops were open so online became king. We searched extensively and found the best price which included free home installation, looked into this and thought ‘no way’ from Mann’s CO1 1SZ in Essex to FY7 in Lancashire 4 h 53 min (281.6 mi) via M6 ‘no way’, then the return journey! Having sent an email enquiring, we received a speedy and informative reply from Jake. Amazed, this was possible, and with a few more questions asked we called the store and spoke with Tim, again great service and advice, so online we bought. Tim kept us informed throughout the process. Within 7 days the Piano is in situ, so happy with the whole experience. Must also mention the great service received from Jon and Steve at ‘Pianospeed’ for delivering and installing perfectly as planned. Massive thank you guys, totally amazing - best product, price and service by far.
