well done Manns music, bought a black star Ht-1r mk2 1 watt valve amp after watching some reviews . it was delivered swiftly while under postal difficulties. it was well packaged & arrived with no defects . very delighted with my purchase as it just perfect for home use with my strat & slide guitar.. add to this it was the best price I could find for the item . a great all round service I received from Manns so I would highly recommend them to others hoping to buy from them! ..

Online ordering was very simple. My order was acknowledged promptly, and I received notification as soon as it was despatched and the method of ‘Safe distancing’ doorstep delivery was also explained. My Ukelele came the next working day as promised and was robustly packaged. The courier took care to place my package carefully on my doorstep before ringing my bell and stepping well back so that I could pick it up maintaining safe Covid19 distancing measures. I am delighted with my instrument, it has a lovely tone, is very well made and was competitively priced. Incidentally I had searched several music stores online for this particular model (the Kala SGC Concert); Mann’s Music was the only U.K. store I could find with this one in stock! I would highly recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again.

I recently ordered a Cordoba C7, which arrived promptly and well packaged. As I expected, having tried out other Cordoba models before, It's a lovely instrument, really well made, and excellent value for the price. I didn't much like the strings that came with this model, but ironically one of them broke within a few days. Anyway I've re-strung the guitar with strings more to my taste and it sounds great.

We wanted to buy our son the electric guitar (Squier Strat) he wanted for achieving his Masters Degree. Being in lockdown we were limited to buying online, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise! The guitar was exactly the one he wanted, the price was the best on the market, and the entire process was easy, quick and efficient. Bought a Gretsch guitar and Vox amp. Product excellent and delivery bang on time. Also the stock levels on the website appear to be accurate which isn't always the case with some retailers. Perfectly happy.

Honestly speaking, we have had several problems in the past with receiving the wrong product. However, Manns' customer service team has promptly responded and rectified the issue. They are very accommodating and the products themselves are of good quality.

In these difficult times, where we’ve all got a lot more time on our hands, it’s nice to see that Manns are offering a collection service to keep us sane. I don’t know what I’d do in this lockdown without the access to the well overdue sets of strings I’ve picked from this ever-helpful shop.

Swift and reasonably priced. My only gripe was that product tracking wasn't quite as informative as other providers I've used, but I think given the current crisis that can be forgiven, especially with such speedy efficient service.

My first experience of shopping with Mann's was in response to finding that they were the most competitive seller of a particular model of guitar I was looking for. It was a budget model so I was expecting to have to correct and adjust all sorts of things on it. Much to my surprise and delight it was playable straight out of the box so either it was well setup by the Mann's Music team or the supplier has good QC but either way it was a win for me. I will definitely be shopping with them again in future.

I bought a Fender Telecaster during The lockdown. It arrived very quickly & is superb - no problems at all. A very good service.
