Before I made the order online we went into the shop and a very knowledgeable lady showed us the available options and went through pros and cons to each model. When I’d placed the order I was kept up to date with expected delivery times. I was offered different days for delivery and the gentleman who delivered it also set it up in the dining room. A good, no fuss service from Mann’s. I asked to be notified when a specific instrument was in stock; they notified me; I ordered the instrument; it arrived very soon thereafter. Happy with both the service and the instrument in question.

Gretsch guitar arrived timely as I hoped, and seems to be in good order, although I haven't been able to put too much time into checking it fully. It certainly looks a stunner! Only criticism is that I expected it to be "double boxed" to protect it better, as the Gretsch box arrived with a couple of gashes, and I was pretty worried until I got inside it. Thankfully no damage followed through to the guitar. A great company and a good deal!
