I bought a set of D'addario bass strings , much reduced , marked as opened but unused. I needed new strings but I was a little apprehensive , however I decided to give it a shot , and I was glad that I did . The strings were indeed unused , with not the slightest hint of a kink in them . Thank you so much Manns Music , a good honest seller that I will use again .

I have not bought a guitar remotely before and I was concerned, especially since it was a quite expensive instrument. However Linton and Tim were very helpful and reassuring. The guitar arrived quickly, was well packaged and is proving to be a superb musical instrument. I am very happy with the guitar and the service. The only small complaint/ suggestion I would give is that they really should have changed the strings before sending it out.

I bought a Guild Surfliner WS White Sage which plays, looks and sounds excellent. The price I paid was the lowest I could find, but the price paid should not come into my rating of the service and product; which were really great.

I ordered from oversees from France, not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised as the store wrote to me the next day to confirm shipping order and check my address. They also warned me about taxes due in France at delivery, although it was already mentioned on the website. Delivery was fairly quick and I’m glad I got this great amp I couldn’t find elsewhere. In addition, I don’t know if it was done on purpose but the amp came with a French plug, nice surprise.

Ordered a new Fender bridge, the order was sent very quickly, well protected and with excellent updates at every stage. Would use again and recommend.

I purchased a Kala tenor ukulele, really pleased with it. Delivery as promised, and well packaged.

The guitar seemed good when I unpacked it, but what do I know? I AM 76 Took it round to the luthier to get the pickups replaced with Fender ones, he told me the skunk stripe was protruding as they hadn't put enough glue in it at the factory. Now I have to get it sanded level, not something you should have to do on a new guitar, besides, it should have been picked up in the shop before delivery.
