My item was well packed and secure. Delivered in no time at all and in perfect condition. My only problem (a minor problem) was that the strings must have been on for some time as the D expired after 5 days. Otherwise totally happy.

My classical guitar was delivered inside TWO strong boxes so it is not surprising that it was not damaged. The finish of the guitar is outstanding. How do Admira produce such a fine, inexpensive, entry-level instrument? I examined every square centimetre and found no blemish; and to the touch everything felt just right. DHL was the chosen courier. DHL kept me updated on the moving delivery situation and lots of delivery options were offered to me throughout. Joseph, the delivery driver was cheerful and obliging and that made a great ending to what had become a most satisfactory transaction right from the start.

I have been into Mann's on a few occasions and the store gives a very 'old school' solid music shop vibe , you just know you won't get ripped off and the main thing for me was the products are GENUINE. I was purchasing a Shure Beta 58A microphone and sadly the internet is awash with cheap Chinese replica's - Let the buyer beware.! Mann's are to be highly recommended in my opinion. I also purchased a really nice leather acoustic guitar strap on the day I went in to collect the mic. At £40 so not the cheapest but it's made in Liverpool UK and the leather is extremely soft and supple so no breaking in period to suffer.!

This is the second guitar purchased from Mann's Music, and again very pleased with the prompt and professional service. The guitar was in excellent condition and had obviously been looked after. The purchase was the Cordoba C12. Very impressed with Cordoba. The C12 is a particularly unusual guitar at this price, with a very good quality wood choice and build, also the ladder bracing and raised finger board make this an exceptional Guitar.
