Having been born and brought up in Colchester I have known Mann's for many years and they have always had a strong reputation for high quality products and service. Though I no longer live there I was pleased to see their website come up on an internet search for a specific guitar model (and competitively priced), so had no hesitation in ordering. The guitar arrived very well protected and in perfect condition. Well done to Mann's and DHL.

Ordered a guitar and very quickly realised that this particular instrument was not for me (mellow and warm, wanted something brighter, even jangly). After a quick call to the shop (spoke to Phil) problem solved and return and replacement sorted. Great customer service. Very important when buying an instrument online.

I recently brought a Gretsch G2215-P90 from Mann's Music, at a great price compared with other suppliers, and it was delivered within 2 working days. The guitar itself is fantastic, and the setup was great straight out of the box, it only needed tuning. I've brought a couple of Gretsch guitars and my experience has been that the quality is far superior compared to similar priced guitars from other major brands. I would buy again from Mann's without hesitation.

Ordered an acoustic guitar online, was easy to navigate the website, order and pay and prices were competitive. Was able to collect the next morning, again a smooth process. Staff instore knowledgeable and helpful. Store offers easy ways to purchase instruments for children and offers a wide range of instruments and a good choice in each.
