Radzę nie zamawiać niczego z tej firmy. Czekam na lampę kilka tygodni i nic nie przychodzi. Informacja była taka, ze nikogo nie było w domu a u nas zawsze ktoś jest. Więc ani lampy ani pieniędzy 😤

Nie dostałam potwierdzenia a także nie dostałam odpowiedzi na maila. To niespotykane. Czy to oszustwo ?

Do not use this company. Light was poor quality and "cheap" meant over 124eur for a light that can be bought made in EU cheaper and better quality. The fix to the roof was nothing but common in EU and thus I needed to return the lamp all the way to china. They tried to haggle "a deal" for me to keep the light or to sell it but nobody could use that light in here. I asked are they willing to cover the return costs and after demanding package, tracking number and photos they agreed. When I send the receipt for them for the return payment they refused to pay it pointing for some shady small print text. Avoid, do not use. Better quality in many other places, very slow delivery and item quality was poor. A rip off, nothing more.

I'm totally satisfied with the beautiful lamp I received, it's exactly what I wanted, and I'm specially grateful because I had concerns with the delivery date and I always had answers to my questions, so a great thank you👍. Corinne

I am adding information here: They’ve been writing me now and bothering me with emails to remove this review! Suddenly, even offering a return of the lamp and a refund if I change the review to positive. BE CAREFUL about this, as this can be behind some positive reviews here. Below is my true review: ——————————————————- I ordered a lamp from this website. First of all when I payed for it via paypal, I saw the receiver is some company in China with a completely different name written in Chinese characters. That was already a little bit strange. The quality of the lamp is bad and cheap, and looks similar to the one from Aliexpress, but the cost is 300 euros instead of 70. One part of the lamp already came broken and during the construction of the lamp, the lamp broke. Since it broke, I wanted to return the lamp and asked for a refund. But they said a return is not possible and they will not return my money, though they can replace the broken parts of the lamp. The customer support is responsive and nice, they want to try to find a solution, but only a solution that includes not returning the money. I would not recommend ordering anything there, there is much better websites to buy good quality lamps for the same price. I put two stars, for fast delivery and responsiveness of the customer support.

Haben Lampen für knapp 1300 EUR bei Simig Lighting bestellt. Leider kamen diese alle verbogen und verkratzt an, so dass wir um eine Rückerstattung gebeten haben. Simig Lighting hat zugestimmt, das Geld zu erstatten, wenn wir die Lampen nach China retournieren. Also haben wir die Sendung auf eigene Kosten auf den Weg gebracht (Frachtkosten: 300 EUR). Leider hängen die Lampen nun seit zwei Monaten im Zoll in China fest und Simig Lighting verweigert die Annahme bzw. hat die Pakete zur Vernichtung freigegeben. Geld haben wir bis heute nicht gesehen, sondern mussten für die Frachtkosten noch draufzahlen. Daher unsere klare Warnung vor einer Bestellung bei Simig Lighting.

Huijarifirma, joka myy kopioita mm. suomalaisista designvalaisimista. Jos jokin on liian hyvää ollakseen totta, se ei todellakaan ole totta. Vaikka yritys näyttää eurooppalaiselta, tavara tulee Kiinasta. Älä haksahda ostamaan halpoja ja huonolaatuisia kiinakopioita tältä yritykseltä. Toisten palautteista myös välittyy hyvin töykeä asiakaspalvelu, kun ihmiset ovat saaneet selville huijauksen. You know the saying: If something is too good to be true…Don’t buy anything from this company!! They are selling stolen designs, cheap fake chinese copies of design lamps.

I painted the walls in my hallway blue and a moment later I found this lamp at SimigLighting, it was quite expensive but very nice. I ordered it immediately, after 3 weeks it arrived but damaged, long journey... The seller easily sent me a second lamp at no additional cost!! I thank them very much for this. The lamp is beautiful! My small corridor benefited greatly from nice lighting. I highly recommend this seller, great service and beautiful lamp designs.

Zamówiłam lampę i zaczęłam szukać opinii, nie ukrywam trochę się przestraszyłam jak tutaj weszłam. Podobnie jak inni, nie dostałam potwierdzenia zamówienia, co było nieco przerażające ze względu na wydane pieniądze. Napisałam do supportu w piątek wieczorem, w poniedziałek otrzymałam odpowiedź, dostałam link do śledzenia paczki i dzisiaj (jest środa) mogę się cieszyć nową lampą. Lampa super wykonana, bardzo dobrze zabezpieczona w transporcie i wygląda pięknie. Mogę polecić tę stronę :)
