France | 22 January 2024J'ai passé commande le 17 octobre. Depuis je n'ai jamais reçu le colis. Le service client (en anglais uniquement) ne fait que me renvoyer vers le site internet de suivi de colissimo. Celui-ci indique que le colis est en cours de préparation... J'ai contacté colissimo 5 fois, ils ne savent pas où est le colis. Je ne reçois jamais de mail ni de sms, donc impossible de savoir si le colis a vraiment été déposé un jour dans le relai colis... Et le service client refuse de me rembourser. c'est une honte !

Sweden | 20 January 2024Över förväntan! Fantastisk lampa till ett mycket bra pris. Var lite osäker inför beställningen, men fick snabbt leveransbesked och tydlighet från affären, vilket gjorde mig trygg i hela processen. Fick lampan, som var i otroligt fin kvalitet, supersnabbt. Så nöjd!

France | 12 January 2024Cette entreprise est une véritable arnaque. Ils utilisent les vrais noms de produits mitiques ou design à la mode, sans bien sûr nommer les fabricants. Tout est produit en Chine avec paiement de douane pour ce qui ne sont pas stockés en Allemagne, +35€. Bravo les allemands ! Ils sont de piètre qualité, et sans fiche technique, ni puissance précisée. Ne mettez pas le feu chez vous si toutefois vous persistiez. L'ensemble est très malhonnête. Le site met la pression, je me suis fait piéger.

Germany | 14 December 2023Ich bin von meiner Lampe total begeistert. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen. Meine Lampe ist sehr hochwertig. Pulverbeschichtung einwandfrei. Ich wusste auch, dass es keine Original Lampe ist. Da sie nur 200 Euro gekostet hat und das Original 1399 Euro. Ist für mich auch unerklärlich was manche Menschen für Vorstellungen haben. Für 200 Euro bekommt man kein Original. Muss doch jedem klar sein. Aber 1500 Euro möchten sie auch nicht ausgeben.

Lampa przyszła piękna, dobrze zapakowana, jakość super, wszystko na 5*. Teraz zastanawiam się skąd tyle negatywnych recenzji? Nieprzemyślany zakup? 🤔🫣 Osobiście nie mam uwag, a wręcz jestem bardzo zadowolona z zakupu i obsługi. Chetnie podzielę się zdjęciami. :)

Germany | 08 October 2023I have bought 2 fantastic zen type pendant lights at Simig. Delivery was in time though the first shipment got apparently lost in transit to Germany. Simig resent those lights without any hesitation by air delivery in order to keep the delivery timeline. However, one lamp was quite a bit damaged by the carrier. The paper box was apparently undamaged, but appeared to be top loaded with heavy stuff so that the wireframe construction of the light got warped. Simigs support was really professional and beyond my expectations. They provided prompt support and never shirked responsibility. We solved the issue by trying to repair the wireframe. So I received clever tips how to repair that and Simig also resent some black tape to get the light into the truly original state. This worked perfectly fine and the light was pretty awesome again. The only flaw of Simig is that the business model includes sending quite fragile goods to end consumer, which always challenges carriers. I did order similar things in the past (extraction hood from Italy) and did not expect that to work properly. So I do recommend always some patience. Anyway, the Simig support service can really compensate for upcoming issues, but there is still the fact that all these incidents are actually not promised when customers push the buy button.
