Good and friendly customer service! Contacted customer service via email when one of the lamps did not quite live up to expectations. Was then offered compensation which I hope arrives soon. Fine products that are very similar to the genuine designer lamps.

Die Ware kommt nach Wochen nicht, die Tracking Nummer läuft ins Leere, der Kundenservice antwortet gar nicht. Mein Geld muss ich über meine Bank zurückfordern. Man spart sich Zeit und Nerven, hier nicht einzukaufen.

I bought my lights at Homelights.nl, which is part of Simig, which I see only now on my bank invoice. Thus a website/ one of many of their websites that pretends to be in the EU but is located in China. Paid via bancontact and will never see my money nor the goods - have no order number, no confirmation email, nobody replies on their chat service nor via email. Do not fall in this trap!

Een aantal weken geleden drie stuks en later nog een lamp van "Terzani" gekocht, model Argent. Ik vermoed dat het origineel zwaarder is uitgevoerd en daar is de prijs ook naar. Deze ziet er ondanks het kwaliteitsverschil goed uit. Een technische vraag aan de klantenservice werd binnen een dag beantwoord. Dus snel! Binnen drie weken hadden wij de lampen in huis en er hoefde geen extra invoerrechten worden betaald. Wij zijn heel tevreden met het product en de klantenservice.

I ordered a couple of lamps from this store, and there is no doubt that is was the worst products I’ve ever payed for. The PH-lamp was frist of all very small and tiny, and also resembled an almost homemade plastic product. At least a product as cheap and tacky, that I have not been suprised if I found it in a Happy Meal at McDonalds.
