Really disappointed with the product! I did follow the instructions step by step but is nowhere near/ close finish on what they advertised. Waste of money!!

I was not really sure if this product would give good results because the scratch on my car went through the clear coat. However, when I received the kit the instructions were easy to follow, all the items needed for the repair were included and I got a great result. The scratch is no longer visible and in all took me a about 30 minutes to get it done

Didn’t work, did not fill the scratch at all. Contacted Chipex, they got me to redo it over and over again. Spoke to me on the phone, made me send many photos. Then said they would get back to me, I chased, they said they would get back, then blanked. Last contact was 25th May. I assume this is their technique to avoid giving a refund. So much for 100% guarantee.

Struggling with making the product work as advertised and demonstrated through their YouTube video. I will take some more time to use the product to seek better results.

Can’t be more that happy paint I ordered . Just had my car ceramic coated and needed few touches here and there and the paint from Cipex did the job. I must admit I was a bit concerned at the beginning but results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Cipex , quick delivery and good stuff.

Very easy to apply and done with a little bit of practice you can get great results.

Waste of money…followed the instructions..put on paint wait for allocated time..wipe with blending solution & it removes all the paint..tried about 10 times with longer & shorter drying times..always the same results..car is booked into local body shop to repair the mess I made…told him about chipex..he just shook his head…😬

Shopped around for a paint touch up, even looked at paying someone to do it for me. With quotes of £200+ I decided to try and do it myself. To say I was amazed is an understatement. It was effortless and the results speak for themselves! I’ll recommend this product to everyone!

Easy to apply and great colour match. Saved me from having to get the fuel cap resprayed due to one scratch!

I bought this product to cover a severe scratch on my vehicle door. I ordered the product and it came within a few days, the paint was a perfect match as my paint is pearlescent so had to use 2 paints which came in the kit. It took me about 2 hours to cover the damage, but I took my time. I would recommend the Chipex product. I watched a few YouTube videos first and tested the paint on a patch on the underside of my vehicle first. It worked very well although It's not a professional finish.

I was sent the incorrect colour paint and have waited over 2 weeks and some emails later and have still not received the correct colour. I have now asked for a full refund as product is of no use. Hopefully Chipex will be a little quicker in sending this at least,

Colour was a little darker than car colour, has lightened up a touch since applying. It could be that I am just not going to make a career of touching up paintwork!!!

Had to mix some of the stage 1 undercoat with the stage 2 topcoat to get the desired shade , topcoat was way too red before blending when applied over the base coat
