Outside socket as delivered within a few days quality of the of the socket and waterproof case was as expected but was let down by the WiFi electronics which would not initialise to my network despite numerous attempts

Complete rubbish no wiring instructions small terminals so hard to wire an no earth terminal at all. Instructions on how to get ut to work were also rubbish as was the range of the WiFi. If you want to use this to save energy don’t buy it and save money and environment buy not having it shipped

Great quick response and delivery, the quality is average,The concept of the Alexa device his great however the plastic casing is of a cheap quality and does not have a great seal to make it 100% watertight unless you over Tighten the screws to the limits without break in the plastic with the threads of the screw . The small grey caps that go over the screws don’t fit and there was not earthing block supplied, but if you buy a BG one it’s already fitted. I have positioned my socket with a bit of shelter from the weather elements and to prevent heavy rain ingress into the socket as I’m not confident it meets the IP requirements.
