item didnt even arrive. says parcel delivered with a photo of a random persons front door attached . been ignored

Placed the order and sent a message via chat to confirm it was next day delivery. No response after several hours so sent email to customer services as advised which bounced with a mailbox doesn't exist error. Chat was eventually answered but took longer than advised. Overall, this was quite concerning but the item arrived next day and is now working well.

Placed an order,they then cancelled my or due to lack of stock,so annoying if they don't have stock you shouldn't be able to purchased,4 days later still awaiting refund, and the customer service email in the confirmation email says doesn't exist when trying to contact them. All in all not a great experience unfortunately.
