Arrived in good time, not connected it up yet

I had the sparky booked for today , DHL never text me to say I was next drop, they then e mailed and said no-one at home, absolutely rediculous my wife was looking out at all times. So we he’d to charge around to try and find correct socket. Tried ringing both DHL and Olectricsl , tried online chat with Olectrical phone number didn’t work and no on line chat Terrible service Need to get others picked up

The service was good and quick. Our doorbell was a bit hard to set up (and my husband is very tech savvy) and sometimes the link to our phones doesn’t work. Very glad we bought the version with the ringer so at least that works.

Absolutely awful, goods damaged straight out the box, then goods defective, shipped with no instructions. Box had been shipped as new, was obvious a previous return and then repacked and shipped.

I was invited to do this review with the words “How did we do” Well you didn’t at all ! Another B**lsh*t website claiming to have stock ? Hallelujah I thought I’ve found what I needed after hours of searching! 7 units in Stock ! Excellent I only need two! Ordered & paid my dues Only to get a bog standard email nearly 24hrs later saying “Order Cancelled & refunded NO STOCK !! Back to the drawing board !! Thanks 👍 for wasting my time.

Purchased a floodlight security camera, which, upon installation was found to be faulty. Have now been trying for nearly a week to get a replacement by both phone and e-mail, they do not reply to your e-mails and on the phone you are told the technical department will call you back which up to now has not happened, will keep trying but not a very professional company and will not use them again.

good looking item waiting on electrician to fit it no problems with delivery

The first product had a few problems and after speaking to the supplier I had to contact the manufacturer and then when it couldn't be resolved back to the supplier. Eventually a replacement product was sent and this came completely different to the first one. Protective film on the cover and the screws in a bag, but paying for an electrician to return 3 times really out ways the cost of the switch. But it works now.
