The two batten lights I had ordered came I a box that was in a right mess, this had been the courier's fault I emailed Olectrical two days later no reply but 2 new lights! arrived no quibble with a follow up apology What a great attitude I will use this company again Thanks

Wrong item sent. I sent back. They fixed the issue in a polite manner. Mistakes happen. Question is how you deal with them. The owner himself called me to resolve the issue.

Ordered 10 5 foot long LED striplights online. Delivered the next day. Cannot ask for more. The lights have not yet been fitted but the next possible test may be the returns procedure if one or more fail. If it works as well as the delivery efficiency the service is top class.

Almost a week now since I ordered from this company. Received and email on Tuesday to say item had been dispatched and a link for tracking will be sent to follow its path. It’s now Sunday, six days since email and still no hint of tracking link or item itself. If I’d known the service was going to be this bad I would have bought if of Amazon who where guaranteeing a 48 hrs delivery. This company needs to take a serious look at its public relations. Totally unsatisfactory situation.

Need a replacement for a faulty product. I have sent two emails and made two phone calls, the latter only went directly an answering machine. To-date, I have not receive any acknowledgement from either. Order No. 2472
