Ordered the lights no fuss quick delivery

Spent £600 on infrared heaters that they advertised and sold as outdoor heaters. Spent another £300 on having an electrician connect them to the consumer unit as required. Only to find out that these are not outdoor heaters (explained by Mirrorstone who manufacture the heaters) who then also told us that Olectrical are incorrectly advertising them. After speaking to Olectrical, they admitted these should not have been advertised or sold as outdoor heaters, and they then offered us £100 discount or a refund if we can send them back as new with packaging (obviously not possible months after they were installed) They have now refused to respond to our emails or calls and have ghosted us. Terrible customer service, and a total lack of knowledge about the products they are selling for a not small fee.

Terrible customer service skills never use again

Terrible, no customer services took my money now won't answer calls or emails . Avoid like the plauge. Update finally did get my money back

Quick and honest service

Product is fine, but the promised next day delivery wasn’t next day and courier DHL left it in the open without ringing the bell even though we were in.

Second time we have used Olectrical, good web site, good price's and both times delivered in 36 hours.
