My order still hasn't arrived after 14 days (dispatched next day, apparently), which would be understandable given the shipping delays due to covid, but I've had no response from them either.

Waiting for my order to be delivered for a week already. No notifications regarding dispatch, or delivery expectations. Just silence for a week since order.
