With covid there has been a shortage of bike goods. Anyway google lead me to this company. I placed my order for a couple of tyres and an inner tube. Once I got my order conf I realised I had ordered the wrong size tyre! I rang them and the lady on the phone was so helpful and efficient. She changed it on the system. Now if this had been a larger online retailer it would of been not so simple! I received the order within a couple of days too. I also had to send back the inner tube as I ordered the wrong fitting! And this was easy also. I have even placed a 2nd order for the correct tubes! They arrived today. I will defo use this company again. Thanks google for pointing me in their direction!

Accepted then cancelled my order. They did refund promptly tho.

I think that I missed my delivery three days ago. Unfortunately, I have had no details of the courier or dispatch notice by email. Also, the DHL calling card was less than informative. I was supposed to receive notification today of the parcel being available from a collection point. That never happened either. I can't check on the DHL website or the Fawkes Cycles website of what is going on.

I have been asked for a review bit I haven't yet received my order. Where is it??
