Haven’t received what I ordered after a week and have received no updates. Tracking the order via Royal Mail also provides no answers.

Processed an order and took the money for a pair of cycling shoes that they did not have in stock. Took three days to notify me of this mistake with what felt like a generic email to apologise. Now have to wait for the money to be refunded and cycle on holiday with a broken shoe.
